Thank you so much for your interest in the newly-formed Fuquay-Varina Arts Council (F-VAC).  On September 28th, our introductory event was held at South Park Community Center featuring local and international talent. 

Many attended and we appreciate all of the local support of this event.  This was the first of many and varied performances we plan to bring to the area.  We are planning to increase the accessibility and exposure to a wide range of artistic expression to the Fuquay-Varina area.  The F-VAC is committed to supporting local arts in all forms and to bringing world-class talent to our community and to the public schools in our area. 

We are seeking involvement and input from interested residents who would like to participate in the Arts Council and its activities.  You are invited to our first formative meeting in the conference room of the Fuquay-Varina Chamber Office on Main Street.  This meeting is for Thursday Evening at 7pm on November 17, 2008.  Please come and bring any friends or neighbors who would like to find out more about our organization and how to get involved. 

We are very excited about our future as a leader in promoting art appreciation and enjoyment in Fuquay-Varina.  We hope you will join us in making our organization a huge success in the months and years to come.
